1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of salt
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 32 0z bottle of tomato juice
Add or take away ingredients according to your taste. Have fun with it!
1. Combine ground beef, onion, and garlic in skillet or large stockpot. Cook and stir over medium heat until beef is brown. Drain.

3. Stir in beans. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
