1 box (1lb) Linguine
3 chopped cloves of garlic
1 tomato seeded and diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 lemon cut into wedges
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp crushed black pepper
Bring water to a boil and cook pasta for 8 minutes.
Drain pasta and add in 2 Tsp olive oil or more to taste. Toss pasta.
In separate frying pan add 2 Tsp olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, simmer 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and black pepper, cook 3-4 minutes until shrimp is light pink.
Place pasta on a plate and top with shrimp, garlic and tomatoes.
Squeeze lemon over dish being mindful of seed.
Top with chopped basil.
