6 corn tortillas
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup peach salsa
½ cup queso fresco – crumbled
1 large handful shredded lettuce
½ avocado, sliced Instructions
1. Cook the chorizo over medium heat until cooked and crumbled into small pieces.
2. Assemble your tacos by adding a little bit of all of your favorite toppings to the tortillas.
